We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with garment tags still intact.
Any item not in its original condition or returned more than 14 days after delivery cannot be accepted and may be sent back to you at your own expense.
All returns must be authorised by us before sending the item(s) back. Send a request to email@example.com within 14 days of delivery and we will send you further instructions.
Original shipping fees are not refundable. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for the item(s) you wish to return. We strongly advice you to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. The item is your responsibility until we receive it and we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include you invoice in the return package. Once we have received the returned item(s) they will be inspected. If the item(s) is in an acceptable condition a refund is issued back to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days to receive your refund.
If you have not received your refund within 10 working days, please check with your bank or credit card company. Depending on your card issuer it may take longer to process. If you have still not received your refund, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
